MOROCCAN CHICKEN WITH CREAMED BROCOLLI
  1. In a hot pan, add two teaspoons of oil
  2. Cut a small chicken breast in half lengthways and flatten with a rolling pin. Season with salt and Moroccan seasoning and place in the pan
  3. Cook for six minutes either side or if you have a thermometer, remove when up to 65/135
  4. Let chicken rest and in the same pan, add broccoli florets and cream. Season with more Moroccan seasoning and a pinch of salt
  5. Cook for three to four minutes then remove and serve with chicken. Season with cracked black pepper if desired
