KETO ANZAC BISCUITS
  1. Preheat oven to 180/360
  2. In a large bowl, add softened butter and cream cheese and stevia and whisk until smooth
  3. Add in eggs and keep whisking until smooth then add almond flour and desiccated coconut, baking powder, vanilla essence and whisk again until smooth
  4. On a baking tray lined with grease proof paper and spray oil, spoon the mixture into 12 balls and press out to biscuit shapes
  5. Place in oven for 15 -18 minutes and remove. They may still seem a bit soft but they will harden when they cool
