LOW CARB CHEESY SEED MUFFINS
  1. Preheat oven to 180/360
  2. In a bowl add eggs and whisk for around one minute. Then add melted butter and whisk for another minute
  3. Reserve 30g of cheese and then fold the remaining 80g and all other ingredients with a wooden spoon until all ingredients are combined
  4. Spray oil 10 muffin wells and pour in equal amounts of batter. Top with a small sprinkle of cheese and cracked black pepper
  5. Cook for 18 minutes then remove
  6. Serve hot with butter
