While Broccolini is cooking, add drained cauli florets to a blender and add cream, two teaspoons of butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper and blitz until smooth
In a hot pan, add two teaspoons of butter and once melted add salt seasoned fish and other seafood. For the picture, we used prawns and lobster tail, but any seafood is fine. Or you can just use one 150g piece of fish.
Cook for around 4 minutes on either side and remove.
In the same pan, add brocollini and cook on a high heat with one teaspoon of butter and season with salt. Cook until the color intensifies but the broccolini doesn't go soft.
Spoon cauli puree onto a plate and place fish on top and broccolini around the outside
