BREAKFAST BACON AND EGG CREPE
  1. Soften cream cheese in the microwave and add one egg and whisk until smooth. Add one more egg and continue to whisk.
  2. Add 1.5 teaspoons of granulated stevia and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder and continue to whisk until combined.
  3. In a large hot non stick frying pan, heavily spray with oil and pour in the batter. Roll to all edges and cook until bubbles rise and the base is firm. Flip and cook for a further 30 seconds and remove
  4. Cook 30g bacon and one egg how you prefer. Cut 1/4 avocado into strips.
  5. Spread one teaspoon of mayo and a squirt of no added sugar tomato sauce on the crepe and then add bacon, a fried egg and avocado and roll up or fold in ends to make a square
