CHEESY LOW CARB MUFFINS
  1. Preheat oven to 180/360
  2. In a bowl, add all dry ingredients and stir through. Make a well in the middle.
  3. Melt butter and pour in the middle and stir through. Then adding eggs and cream. With a spoon, mix through till all ingredients are combined.
  4. Stir through cheese and then divide mix into eight muffin holes
  5. Cook for 15 minutes then remove
