BREAKFAST FRITATA
  1. Pre heat oven to 180/360
  2. Crack 12 eggs in a bowl. Add cream and salt and whisk.
  3. Roughly dice bacon and cook with asparagus spears
  4. Add bacon and cheese to the egg mix and mix through
  5. In a square pyrex dish, add asparagus spears then pour half the egg mix. Then place finely sliced tomato pieces and pour the rest of the egg mix
  6. Place in oven for 20 minutes then remove and place in a microwave for 3 minutes on high.
  7. Cut into six pieces and serve
